SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The Yellowjacket men's soccer team was heavily represented in this year's Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) postseason awards, the league announced Wednesday morning.

Wyles played an instrumental role for the Yellowjackets this season, starting in 19 matches and taking part in seven clean sheets on Superior's backline while adding three goals and two assists. Offensively Davidson made a splash in his first collegiate season, finding the back of the net on 15 occasions while adding eight assists for 38 total points. Davidson has been a driving force for Superior, as his efforts propelled UWS in leading the nation in multiple offensive categories.
Kidd ranks second in total goals for the 'Jackets, firing 13 on the season coupled with a .283 shooting percentage to date, also aiding Superior's national statistical recognition. McLoughlin is currently tied for third in the nation with 14 assists with 1,336 minutes on the pitch.
Watson has garnered 20 points off six goals and eight helpers this season, starting in all 20 matches he's played. In 21 matches, Becket has displayed strong leadership from the midline, rifling 29 shots while providing a goal and six assists of his own. Wagner's efforts in the back have led to Superior allowing just 1.09 goals and 8.3 shots per match, turning over a total of nine clean sheets against the opposition.
The Yellowjackets embark on the first round of the NCAA Tournament Saturday as they take on a familiar opponent, No. 3 St. Olaf. The opening kickoff is set for 11 a.m. at Rolf Mellby Field.
