RICE LAKE, Wis. - The Yellowjacket women's golf team was in action Saturday for round two of the UWS Spring Invite.
Abby Schintz (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East) and
Olivia Weyenberg (Stacy, Minn./North Branch) paced the 'Jackets finishing first and second while as a team Superior shot 360.
Game Notes:
- Schintz placed first carding a round of 81 with a 40/41 split.
- Weyenberg placed second shooting 17 over par for her round with a 39/49 split.
- Karin Hill (Duluth, Minn/Denfeld) shot a 24 over round of 95 finishing seventh for the tournament.
- Allie Maschke (Merrill, Wis./Merrill) finished fifth for the tournament carding a 96 for her round.
- Maya Siddiqui (Iron River, Wis./Northwestern) rounded out the Yellowjacket golfers shooting a round of 117.
The Yellowjackets are in action next Sunday for the UW-Stout Spring Invite at Tanglewood Greens Golf Course in Menomonie, Wis.
