ST. PAUL, Minn. – UW-Superior finished third overall in the 2020-21 Kruse All-Sport Trophy standings, the league announced Thursday.

The Yellowjackets earned 88.5 total points with the help of conference championships in men's soccer, men's golf for the third consecutive season.
Superior finished 10.5 points behind Northwestern in second and 14 in back of St. Scholastica, which claimed its 12th consecutive Kruse All-Sport Trophy. The Saints won titles in three sports in this year, tallying 102.5 points.

Minnesota Morris was fourth in the standings with 74.5 points followed by Bethany Lutheran in fifth with 72. Martin Luther (45 points), North Central (36), Crown (33) and Northland (30.5) rounded out the standings.

Since the award's inception in 1996-97, St. Scholastica has won the Kruse Award a UMAC-best 17 times. The award is named after Jerome Kruse, a longtime athletic director at Northwestern (Wis.) and Martin Luther.
