TEMPE, Ariz. – The Yellowjacket men's and women's tennis teams received both team and individual academic awards from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

To be eligible for an all-academic team citation, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the academic year with all varsity letter winners factoring into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year.
 
To be eligible for a scholar-athlete distinction, student-athletes must have a grade point average of 3.5 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the current academic year.
 
In the 2025-26 academic year, the Yellowjacket men emerged with a cumulative 3.207 grade point average, while the women's team collected a cumulative grade point average of 3.571.
 
In 2026, 1,151 NCAA Division III men's student-athletes were deemed scholar athletes, and 147 programs received the All-Academic Team citation. As for the women, 1,309 NCAA Division III student-athletes were named scholar athletes and 177 women's tennis programs collected the All-Academic Team distinction.
 
The Yellowjacket men finished the season 13-11 overall with a 3-1 mark in Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) action. The Yellowjacket women returned to the NCAA Tournament for the second year in a row, fashioning a 19-8 overall mark and a perfect 5-0 in conference play.
