LA CROSSE, Wis. -- Junior Alexxa DeQuevedo (Silver Bay, Minn./William Kelley) competed in the javelin throw for the UW-Superior women's track and field team in the UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier Thursday at Veterans Memorial Sports Complex.
 
DeQuevedo finished 10th overall out of 12 entrants with a mark of 27.54 meters, achieved with her third attempt of the competition.
