ALTOONA, Wis. - The Yellowjacket men's golf team wrapped up the Wrigglesworth Invitational Monday at the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club. After shooting a 301 on the first day, the 'Jackets finished in eighth place with a collective 305 while the B team took 22nd place.

Tournament Notes

• Trevor Durfee (Superior, Wis./Superior) led with a three-over 74, including a pair of birdies on the day.
• Andrew Rude (Superior, Wis./Superior) closely followed with a 75, featuring three birdies on the front nine.
• The Yellowjacket combo of Andrew Slatten (Hibbing, Minn./Hibbing) and Matthew Unger (New Richmond, Wis./New Richmond) each finished seven-over 78. Unger fired three birdies on the day.
• Blu Anderson (Amery, Wis./Amery) rounded out the team with an 80.
• JD Glampe (Green Bay, Wis./Luxemburg Casco) spearheaded the B team with an eight-over 79.
• The Yellowjacket trio of Cole Moore (Little Rock, Ark./Sabetha), August Lang (Somerset, Wis./Somerset) and Sam Brennan (Eau Claire, Wis./Memorial) followed with rounds of 86, 87, and 89, respectively.
• Dillon Scheufeli (Iron River, Wis./Northwestern) rounded things out with a 94 on the day.

The Yellowjackets are back in action Saturday for the two-day SJU Fall Invite. Round one is scheduled at St. Cloud Country Club.
