KANSASVILLE, Wis. – The Yellowjacket women's golf team capped Saturday's round at the Midwest Region Classic. When it was all said and done, the 'Jackets finished 22nd overall with a team score of 344.
 
Tournament Notes

• Olivia Weyenberg (Stacy, Minn./North Branch) led once again with a nine-over 81, who was closely followed by Abby Schintz (Duluth, Minn./Duluth East) with an 84 on the day.
• The Yellowjacket duo of Ashton Parnell (Cambridge, Minn./Cambridge-Isanti) (89) and Sophia Otto (Mequon, Wis./Homestead) (90) followed, coming in as the third and fourth finishers on the day for UW-Superior.
• Makayla Ammerman (Hinckley, Minn./Hinckley-Finlayson) followed with a 92.
• Allie Maschke (Merrill, Wis./Merrill) and Karin Hill (Duluth, Minn/Denfeld) each shot a 91 before Maya Siddiqui (Iron River, Wis./Northwestern) logged a 101, all competing as individuals.

 
The Yellowjackets hit the links Sunday for the two-day UW-Whitewater Invite. Action is scheduled for TPC Wisconsin in Madison.
