2016-17: 3rd in the mile at Beaver Twighlight Invite with 5:28.05...

2015-16: took 6th in 3K at Lake Superior challenge...placed 7th in triple jump at Beaver Twighlight Invite...took silver in 3K at Drake Alternative with 12:04.61...

2014-15: Steadily improved his times during his second season ... shaved nearly two minutes off his personal record from his freshman year ... finished the year with a personal record of 31:37.63 ... WIAC Scholar Athlete ... top finish of his freshman year came at the Brooks Invitational where he completed the course in a time of 33:11 ... WIAC Scholar Athlete.

Before UWS: Competed at Ashland High School ... named cross country team's Most Improved Runner in 2011 ... part of Oredocker team that won the conference title in 2010 ... qualified for the state meet four times in high school - 2009-2012.
