2018-19 Indoor: Competed in seven meets ... Ran lead leg in winning 4x400-meter relay at UMAC Championships ... Squad finished in 3:31.97. 

2018 Outdoor: Ran to a fourth-place finish with a 4x100-meter relay team in 44.65 at the Phil Esten Challenge April 21 ... Took 10th in the 400 meters in 53.17 at the UMAC Championships.
2017-18 Indoor: Took third as a part of a 4x400 relay team in 3:36.05 at The Opener Dec. 9 ... Second in the 4x200-meter relay in1:36.56 at the Lake Superior Challenge ... Two third-place finishes with the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams at the Yellowjacket Open.

2017 Outdoor: Owned two second-place finishes in the 4x400 and sprint-medley relays in 3:32.34 and 3:46.48, respectively, at Norse Relays.
2016-17 Indoor: Placed eighth in the 400 meters in 55.98 at the Lake Superior Challenge ... Second in the 4x400-meter relay in 3:40.51 at the Beaver Twilight Invite.
