Outdoor: took part in two decathlons, first at the Phil Esten Challenge taking 6th place with a 1st-place finish in the 1500m, then placed 7th at the NCC Gregory Qualifier including two place finishes...tallied 5735 and 5840 points to break the school decathlon school record both times...placed 3rd in the 4x100 relay and fourth in the 400m and javelin throw at the UMAC Championships...took third in the javelin throw at the UMD Open with 39.40m...
Indoor: earned UMAC All-Conference... took 1st in two events at the UMAC Championships, first in the 4x200 relay and then in the 4x400 relay...competed in the heptathlon at the Warren Bowlus Invite for 14th place and 3795 points...

Before UWS: a native of McGregor, Minn...graduated from McGregor High School in 2017...all conference in 200m, 400m, high jump, and 1600m relay...school record holder in 200m, 400m, 800m relay...state qualifier in 400m...1,000-point scorer in basketball...single-season school record holder in rebounds...
