Indoor: earned UMAC All-Conference...took 2nd in the 4x800 (8:17.87), 3rd in the 4x1600 (18:21.61), and 4th in the DMR (10:53.09) at the Twin Ports Invite...was 4th in the 3K at 9:13.58 at the Lake Superior Challenge...was 3rd in the mile with 4:30.41 at Yellowjacket Open...had two 1st-place finishes at the UMAC Championships, first in the mile with 4:36.44 and then in the DMR with 11:00.15...
Outdoor: saw All-UMAC recognition... took 6th in the 1500m with 4:16.50...had a 1st-place finish in the 4x800 relay with 8:17.56 and a 4th-place spot in the 800m with 2:00.40...

2016-17
Indoor: took 1st place in the mile at 4:36.72 in the Yellowjacket Open...took 2nd in the 3000m with 9:46.64 at the Beaver Twilight...2nd in both mile and DMR with 4:30.11 and 10:48.67 in UMAC Championships...
Outdoor: took 1st in 4x800m relay at UMAC Championships with 8:09.36 and 2nd in the 800m with 1:58.64...placed 2nd in 1500m at UW-La Crosse Eagle Open with 4:02.59...

2013-14
Indoor: took 1st in 600m with 1:29.55 at Super 8 Open and 2nd in DMR with 10:48.02...placed 3rd in 4x400m relay with 3:39.52 at Lake Superior Challenge...
Outdoor: took 5th in 4x400m with 3:35.20 at Phil Esten Challenge...
