Personal-best 3,000-meter time at Warren Bowlus Invitational Jan. 25 in 9:14.20 ... Posted career-best mile run at UMAC championship, finishing seventh in 4:48.12 ... Third in both 3,000 and 5,000 meters at UMAC championship in 9:24.23 and 16:08.42, respectively
2019 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets ... Finished fourth in both 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5000-meter run at UMAC championship in 10:31.47 and 15:59.38 ... Personal-best 3,000-meter steeplechase was 10:20.87 at Cornell College Invitational for fourth place ... Top 5,000 came at Phil Esten Challenge in 15:56.09 for fifth place on April 18 ... Best 1,500 came at UMD Bulldog Open April 27 in 4:31.05 for fourth place.

2017-18 Indoor: Helped team to a fifth-place finish in the mile relay at the Twin Ports Invite in 20:24.15.
2018 Outdoor: Took fifth place twice -- first at the Dingels Brueggen Open in 16:39.09 in the 5,000 and then in 10:41.11 in the 3,000 steeplechase at the UMD Open ... Finished fourth in the steeplechase in 10:54.65 at the UMAC Championship.

2016-17 Indoor: Had his best finish of fourth in 4x800-meter relay, in a time of 8:57.10 at Twin Ports Invite ... Took eighth in the 3,000 in 10:04.98 at the Yellowjacket Open.
2017 Outdoor: Ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Norse Relays in 11:54.21 ... improved at the UMAC championship to seventh place and 11:15.35.
