2019 Outdoor: Competed in two meets ... Ran the 5,000 meters in the UMAC championships, finishing 18th in 17:58.54 May 3 ... Also ran the 5,000 in the UMD Bulldog Open April 27, finishing third in 18:51.77 ... Named to UMAC Sportsmanship Team.
2018-19 Indoor: Ran in three meets ... Paced the mile relay team to a 12:24.44 finish in fourth place at the Twin Ports Open on Jan. 19 ... Also ran the mile at the St. Thomas Opener Jan. 11 (4:44.13, 19th) and at the Warren Bowlus Invitational Jan. 26 (4:43.48, 11th).

2018 Outdoor: Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Part of a team that won the 4x800-meter relay with 8:17.56 at the UMAC Championship, while also placing fourth in the 1,500 meters in 4:10.04 and fifth in the 800 meters with 2:00.85.
2017-18 Indoor: Earned All-UMAC honors ... Took second and third as a part of the 4x800-meter and mile-relay teams at the Twin Ports Invite ... Helped his 4x400 team win the event at the Yellowjacket Open in 3:34.18 ... Also third in the 800 in 2:09.49 at the Yellowjacket Open ... Paced his distance-medley relay team to a win in the UMAC Championship in 11:00.15.

2016-17 Indoor: Won the 800 meters in 2:08.46 at the Lake Superior Challenge ... Also took second in 4x400-meter relay at same meet with 3:39.56 ... Placed third in the mile in 4:37.33 at the Yellowjacket Open ... Helped team to a second-place DMR finish at UMAC Championship in 10:48.67.
2017 Outdoor: Placed second in the 4x800-meter relay (8:23.69) and fourth in 4x100-meter relay (18:38.77) at the Norse Relays ... Took third in the 1,500 in 4:14.60 at the Lee Krough Invite.
