Named UMAC Academic All-Conference.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in eight meets ... Ran career-best 400 meters (55.90) Feb. 2 at Lake Superior Open to finishing seventh ... Part of winning 4x200 relay in 1:36.85 at Yellowjacket Open Feb. 9.

2018 Outdoor: Fifth in the 100-meter dash in 11.81 and sixth in the javelin throw with a mark of 35.28 meters at the UMD Bulldog Open April 28 ... Part of a squad that won the 4x100-meter relay in 46.52 at the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open May 13.
2017-18 Indoor: Two fourth-place finishes at the Twin Ports Invite, clocking 7.55 in the 60-meter dash and 1:39.93 in the 4x200  ... Won the 4x200 relay at the Lake Superior Challenge in 1:36.02 and then was third in the same event at the Yellowjacket Open in 1:38.12.
