2019 Outdoor: Competed in six meets ... Earned Field Athlete of the Meet Award at UMAC Championship, scoring 30 total points ... Set meet record in the shot put at 15.75 meters ... Also won UMAC hammer throw with a toss of 53.02 meters (174 feet) that was 24.5 feet better than the runner up in the event ... Won UMAC discus with mark of 45.70 meters ... Named UMAC Field Athlete of the Week on April 29 ... Won six total events on the season.
2018-19 Indoor: Competed in 10 meets ... Named USTFCCCA All-Region in weight throw ... Finished ninth overall in weight throw at NCAA championship, bettering his own school record with mark of 18.93 meters ... Won both the shot put and weight throw at the UMAC championship ... Shot put win was in a personal-best mrk of 15.96 meters, while weight throw mark was 18.17 meters ... Named Field Athlete of the Meet at UMAC championships ... Won nine total events on the season ... Claimed UMAC Field Athlete of the Week honors four times -- Jan. 14, Jan. 21 Jan. 28 and Feb. 18.

2018 Outdoor: Earned All-UMAC recognition ... Claimed first place in the discus with a mark of 42.75 meters at the UMD Open ... Won Athlete of the Meet at the UMAC Championship, scoring 24 total points, including taking first place in the hammer throw (48.76 meters), second in the shot put (14.70 meters), and third in the discus (41.48 meters).

2017 Outdoor: Won the hammer throw (48.86 meters) and was third in shot put (14.99 meters) at UMAC Championship May 5.
2016-17 Indoor: Won the weight throw at Twin Ports Invite Jan. 21 with a mark of 17.17 meters ... Took first in the shot put (14.42 meters) and second in the weight throw (15.77 meters) at Lake Superior Challenge Feb. 4 ... Second in shot put (14.94 meters) and first in weight throw (16.32 meters) at UMAC Championship.

2016 Outdoor: Third in shot put at the Norse Relays April 9 ... Second place at the UMAC Championship in the shot put May 6-7.
2015-16 Indoor: Third in the shot put and fourth in weight throw at the Yellowjacket Open Feb. 13 ... Swapped positions at the UMAC Championship Feb. 26-27.

Before UWS: Competed at Coleman High School where he finished fourth place in state in shot put in 2012, 2013, and 2015 ...  Finished sixth place in state in shot put in 2014 while also qualifying for state in discus ... Was a finalist in state discus in 2015 ... Also wrestled in high school where he was fourth place in state in 2013 and 2014 in the 220 weight class ... Placed third in state in the 220-pound weight class in 2015 ... Was a member of state champion wrestling teams in 2012 and 2014, while team finished as state runner-up in 2013 and 2015 ... Earned a varsity wrestling record of 144-51 ... Was an all-conference tight end for his high school football team in 2015 ... Biology major at UW-Superior.
