University of Wisconsin-Superior Athletic Hall of Fame
Nate Engel captained the Yellowjacket men's soccer team in 2013 that won the program's first conference championship. During his career, he played in all 81 games and captured three All-WIAC First Team honors alongside two All-Wisconsin First Team nods. Known for his tidy play as a midfielder, he helped guide the 'Jackets to an overall record of 12-6-3, including a pair of 2-1 wins against UW-Whitewater and UW-Oshkosh in the 2013 Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Postseason Tournament. Engel becomes the third Yellowjacket from that squad to be enshrined into the Hall of Fame.
