University of Wisconsin-Superior Athletic Hall of Fame
Warner "Bud" Engdahl was an all-conference men's basketball player and team captain for UW-Superior, graduating in 1941. He went on to play professionally for the Oshkosh All-Stars of the National Basketball League for three seasons (1941-42, 1942-43 and 1945-46), helping his team to the league championship in his first season with the team.
